1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new customers on their first subscription purchase.If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with LeadsEngage, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
Important Notes:
- This guarantee applies only to your first subscription (monthly or annual).
- Renewals and subsequent purchases are not covered by this guarantee.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
2. Eligibility for a Refund (After 7 Days)
After the initial 7-day period, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and may be granted only under specific conditions, including:
- Verified Technical Issues: You experience a major, reproducible issue that prevents you from using core features of LeadsEngage, despite our support team’s efforts to resolve it.
- Critical Support Failures: We fail to provide essential customer support or technical assistance that materially affects your ability to use the service.
Before issuing a refund, our team will make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with you. If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be approved.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@leadsengage.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Account Email]”
Please include the following information:
- The email address associated with your LeadsEngage account
- The date of purchase
- A detailed explanation of your issue and refund reason
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not typically provided in the following situations:
- Subscription Renewals: We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual renewals. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
- Requests Made After 7 Days: Refunds requested after the 7-day guarantee period (and not covered by Section 2 conditions).
- Change of Mind: You decide you no longer wish to use LeadsEngage, but the service is functioning as described.
- Violation of Terms: Your account was suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Use.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings within the LeadsEngage dashboard.
- Monthly & Annual Plans: Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again, but no prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
- Annual Plan Refunds (if approved): If you qualify for a refund under Section 2, your refund will be calculated as: Annual payment amount – (Standard monthly rate × months used)
This ensures fair billing consistency for all users.
